• Course activity: enrollments, lesson progress, and completion/certificate status.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: device, browser, and basic usage analytics to keep the platform secure and reliable.

3. Where your data is stored

Account and course data are stored with Supabase on infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU, eu-central-1). Data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is restricted using row-level security so that a student can only ever read their own records.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the platform: creating your account, delivering course content you've enrolled in, issuing certificates, processing payments, and communicating important updates about your courses.

5. Video protection

Course videos are protected with dynamic watermarking and domain-locking. This is part of how we protect instructor content — not additional tracking of your personal activity beyond normal course progress.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@prolearnschool.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferred language. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
