1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using prolearnschool.com (the “Platform”), operated by ProLearn School LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Course access & content license

When you enroll in a paid or free course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view that course's content for your own learning. Course videos are protected with dynamic watermarking and domain-locking; downloading, recording, sharing, or re-publishing course content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Payments

Course prices are shown in UZS, USD or AED depending on your selected currency. Payments are processed through our supported local and international payment methods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact info@prolearnschool.com for assistance with a payment issue.

5. Certificates

A ProLearn School certificate is awarded on completion of a course and reflects completion of that course's content — it is not an accredited academic qualification unless explicitly stated on the course page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to bypass content protection, disrupting the service, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
