Refund Policy

1. Free first lesson

Every paid course starts with a free first lesson, so you can try it before paying. We encourage you to use it before requesting a refund.

2. Requesting a refund

If a course isn't right for you, contact info@prolearnschool.com with your order details. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to respond within a few business days.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Payme, Click, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer) and may take several business days to appear, depending on your provider.
